How to Reach Varkala, Kerala India
Location : Calm and quiet, the tiny township in the south Indian state of Kerala, Varkala is situated in 55 km in the northern part of Thiruvananthapuram.
By Air:
 Since Varkala does not have an airport, tourists have to take the flight from Trivandrum, the nearest airport( 55km).
The capital of Kerala is well connected with different cities of India and the world. Indian Airlines and Jet Airways offer several flights on a regular basis to various parts of the country from Trivandrum. There are plenty of International Airlines providing regular flight service to various countries like Singapore, Maldives from Trivandrum.
By Rail :
 Varkala is smoothly connected by a huge network of trains with various cities of Indian and Trivandrum.
By Road :
 Varkala is blessed with good network of roads and it is about 47 kms from NH 47. Those who wish to reach Varkala by car or taxi, it takes about an hour drive from the capital of Kerala . From Kallambalam, one can easily reach the serene town as local buses and auto-rickshaws are easily available.
